Deb Alvoen is Indigenous Participation Coordinator at South32 Cannington where she supports Reconciliation Action Plan delivery and works closely with Traditional Owners to embed cultural knowledge into mining operations. Her experience spans cultural heritage management, Native Title, and community engagement, with a focus on practical, on-ground outcomes. Deb contributes to strengthening collaboration between industry, Traditional Owners, and research initiatives in the resources sector.
