With more than 15 years’ experience in community relations, social performance and cultural heritage leadership across multinational resources organisations, Chad has held senior roles with Newmont, Northern Star and BHP.

Chad brings strong expertise in stakeholder engagement, Indigenous partnerships, social risk management and regulatory approvals, with a proven ability to operate in complex, highly scrutinised environments.
