Jen Dawson leads strategic partnering within BHP’s Minerals Australia Indigenous Engagement team shaping how the organisation engages with, partners alongside, and respects the rights of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Bringing over 25 years of experience in community development, Jen has held roles spanning local, national and global environments. Her work is centred on Indigenous engagement, human rights and community-led development with a strong focus on building trusted relationships that enable lasting social, cultural and economic change.
